Projection Report 12/10 ADMIN, Karen



Presentation Issues: None.

Preshow Clips/Playlist:
1) Looking at the playlists for 12/13, they will all run a bit long. I will post the full list in booth 4/6 but all features are running 2 or 3 minutes TOO LONG. This means when we drop them into the scheduler, we need to schedule them to start earlier. DO NOT change the cue sheets, just schedule the playlists either 2 or 3 minutes early depending on the length of the playlist.
2) I will relay this to Mascha and the FOH managers. We are going to automate it as much as we can and minimize manual starts. If you do need to do a manual start this week coming up, please keep the math in mind.
3) Matthew wants for us to start each playlist with the masking that is required for the feature so that there is no masking change happening while guests are in the theater until we get the squeaky motors fixed. Unfortunately, this unravels our new uniform playlist packs for lens/masking changes. I do not want to overwrite these, as a lot of thought and playing with timing went into making these. I will come up with some temp packs for our scope features tomorrow and let everyone know what they are called. Luckily, we only have 2.39 and 1.85 features right now and hopefully we will have masking motors that we can be proud of soon enough.

Trailer Updates:
1) Pulled all Uncut Gems Trailers and replaced them with Bombshell to start today.

1) We are running into a snafu with Jumanji keys and the Star Wars DCP. I have reached out to both Deluxe and our booker and they are working the issue. Hopefully we get keys by tomorrow for Jumanji.
2) Thank you Alec for catching our mistake with the Elf DCP. Keeping a look out for it, I also emailed Deluxe and WB about keys for it.
3) We are good with all of our other keys up until 12/20.

1) Started the cue sheets for next week. Today's look fine, I unscheduled any playlists that are less than three minutes apart as Mascha and I have decided to make anything less than a three minute spread a true manual start.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
