Projection Report 12/6 ADMIN/OPEN, Karen

Presentation Issues:
There were no presentation issues.

Preshow Clips/Playlist:
-Our playlist format has changed significantly. The pre-show lights are 50% brighter and therefore should be good enough to clean by (eliminating calls for cleaning lights back on after pre-shows start). There are 4 lighting cues in the credits now, going from mid to up to full generally within 2 minutes of credits starting, and a lights cleaning attached to the end of the feature clip. There are new packs to be used for end of show and any lens/masking change.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:
- I forgot to re-program the 1.33 masking in TH7 today (I had to overwrite it for 1.77 for Killer Raccoons) the next showing of The Lighthouse in TH7 is Saturday afternoon, could the Sat Brunch opener please re-program the masking before doors open for the day? Thank you and sorry!

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content):
-Jumanji was expected today but when I checked the tracking number, it has been delayed due to severe weather somewhere between here and Ohio. So, let's keep an eye on the drive over the weekend.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):
-Walked drives to the UPS drop

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:
-Deleted Raccoons, A1, B1 playlists.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):
-Our cue sheets have also changed. Gone are the aspect ratio format and in its place assisted listening audio tracks that are available, "Doors" is gone, and we are not noting the times that lights will go up.
- We are NO LONGER scheduling any playlist that is set to start under three minutes after the previous playlist has ended. I had a few movies that were scheduled 2 minutes apart not start automatically over the last couple days and so I think it is better to have us alert and expecting a manual start then to be caught off-guard. Mascha also prefers to not have a playlist start so soon after in the big theaters when they are sold out as we would most definitely get calls for lights to be changed.

Marquee updated?:
STB taken down

Additional Notes:
- I'm sure that everyone saw Mascha's email today. We are NOT supposed to take radio calls from servers or bartenders (or runners) UNLESS they have noticed that the movie has stopped or if a guest needs an assisted listening/captioning device. No calls for lights, stopping the movie in an empty theater, volume complaints, or anything else.
