Presentation Issues:
-There were no presentation issues.

Preshow Clips/Playlist:
-The Shining, Edge of Democracy are built and scheduled. Cue sheets updated.
-All playlists and packs for the week of 1/30 first runs &August at Akikos are built. Ready to be scheduled.

Trailer Updates:
-Oscars and NSF2020update, checked and built into next week's playlists.
-PYW needs a vol check.

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
-Rhythm Section posters are in.

Ordering/Receiving (content):
-Waiting on content and slide for The Interrogation.
-All content screening through 2/2 is in. Keys are all in with the exception of keys for Groundhog Day. Keep an eye out for that.

Additional Notes:
-Chris came in early for some training. I showed him Q&A set-up for TH3 and Alec worked with him on 35mm.
-Joe came over and He-Manned the Little Women print upstairs all by himself in 2 minutes before we even realized it. Alec and I did some more tweaking of the TH4 platter. Alec plans to screen Little Women in its entirety during admin tomorrow. We should be good to go for Friday.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
