To do this evening/ was completed:
- empty trash in all booths, Michael did some major purging today
- Spend as much time in the theaters as possible
- update the "runtimes" list on the whiteboard for this week (kdm and credit times are already done)
- update the big white board with all IMS/TMS ingest/deletes, poster/marquee schedule, and events from the weekly review email
- tech Premature, update cue sheet
- if you want to, you can start to inspect Secret Garden, take notes if you have questions! (See receiving content, below)

Presentation Issues:
-Nothing major, the lights down cue was set at the wrong spot in the Emma pre show (5 min early), this was caught in the first round and it has been updated in the playlist.

Preshow Clips/Playlist:
-We finally got Emma 40 count to ingest. I watched it all the way through, it's good to go.
-I made some changes to Brokeback, as it was, there was only 32 minutes from doors to feature
-took Achmed out of Emma because she was running 2 minutes over (it's in every other pre show)
-double checked all 022820 playlists

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:
- The Vox media folks came by for a walk through. I let them know of the aspect ratio changes throughout the episodes and how that will look on screen so there are no surprises for Monday's tech.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
-The Hunt posters came in
-Emailed oscilloscope about Saint Francis posters, they are inbound

Ordering/Receiving (content):
- Ordered Saint Francis off eclair. It is complete and waiting for us in eclair. Hold to ingest.

-The Secret Garden came in, cans are down in booth 1. Feel free to start inspecting, please don't practice threading with this print. Remember the inspection reports are in a folder on the workbench in booth 1. Please fill in as much as you can. Inspect, and re-wind onto metal, leave untaped, heads out on the metal shelving under the re-wind table. Label the heads "The Secret Garden H * 1" etc if not already done so.  Use only artist's tape to label. Please don't grease cues, rather note the image and why you think the cues are bad. If there are more than one set of cues, please note. Take your time, we have lots of time with this one!

-Just a head's up: the wrong keys were pulled for 1917. I know we sometimes get multiple sets for the same feature, you can double check what we are screening by looking at the file name in the TMS (the abbreviations are posted on the white board). But, if you are ever in doubt, pull them all in, keys don't take up that much space on the TMS. Also, if you are scheduling movies, and there's a an "!", hover over it with the cursor to see what is missing, it will tell you if keys are set to expire before the scheduled screening. I caught this before we opened.

Maintenance/cleaning:
-Went around and checked all the masking and lens files (for 1.78, 1.85, 2.39 only) everything looked pretty good, I only had to make an adjustment in 5 so I'm going to hold off on re-doing the macros. Having new playlists (made and ingested after the masking crew did their thing) in the IMS servers might be helping (?) Let's just keep an eye on things. Now, especially, please duck into every house for every round.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):
-Cue sheet checked up till Tuesday.
-Movies scheduled through Sunday. (You can go ahead and schedule Monday, but we are going to wait until Monday eve to schedule the rest of the week)

-Squared away the poster bin. Sent a big archival tube with Matthew and started an "already archived" list and hung it above the bin.
