To do this evening/ was completed:
-Monitor the Emma preshow download from EVO onto the external mac hard drive and try to ingest into TMS.

Preshow Clips/Playlist:
-Made the Come to Daddy playlist. Did my first test of having to pull an entire 40/20/10 generic preshow from our stash on the projection mac drive. Took about 2 minutes to ingest the whole thing. Please delete "generic horror" preshows as well as the feature after the screening. Scheduled it in TH1

-Got even more Rremature posters, can't wait to give them out at trivia...4 weeks in a row.

Ordering/Receiving (content):
-keys for all first runs for next cinema week have ingested + Premature (opens Sat @ midnite)
-keys for Emma open 2/27 @ 1 am
-Emma DCP is ingested, send to TH1 for me to tech tomorrow morning
*Cinevizion has reported CCAP problems with the Emma DCP, checking all audio tracks is part of every tech but if someone else techs this, please pay special attention to checking the CCAP
-Brokeback Mountain DCP is here, hold to ingest
-Still need keys for Come to Daddy, moved the feature to TH6 (first one out tonight), TH6 (last one in tomorrow), and scheduled it in TH1
-both March A and B updated cards have been ingested
-Emma preshow keeps failing to ingest. Going to delete them off our projection mac hard drive and try to re-download from EVO.
-going to throw Prince Achmed in the lights up portion of the preshows when it shows up on EVO since we are starting to build SPL's for next week and it's the only content MIA

Maintenance/cleaning:
- there was significant lens drift to the left in TH4 on both lens files. This seems to be a reoccurring problem about every 12 days. Alec and I performed lens alignments in the rest of the theaters, all values recorded in the lens file doc. It was definitely NOT a result of the masking guys.

-Alec noted this in the 35mm/masking vetting doc but also should be mentioned here: Since the masking crew has been in, all of the FILM masking and the 4:3 digital stops no longer work in TH1. When you execute the macro on TMS/IMS, it works fine but nothing physically happens in the theater.

-Alec and I went around to perform lens alignments in all the houses a couple of hours before open, we noticed that all masking stops were off (1.85 & 2.39) in houses 3,7,4 & 6 and had to be reset. This was not the case first thing in the morning so we are thinking something happened during the day with the masking crew. We did not get a chance to check the 1.78 stop, I will do this theater-wide tomorrow during admin. Also, there was lens drift in TH 3 & 7, all values have been recorded.

Additional Notes:
-Alec and I have finished checking 35mm in all houses except TH2. Steve got here just as we were getting to that house. All final notes have been entered into the 35mm doc, the big takeaway is that most aperture plates need filing, especially scope, in all houses. Everything else seems good.
