To do this evening/ was completed:

- Clear Rebecca and Showtime content and playlists after they screen.

-Schedule Seven Stages and Where Does a Body End in T1 after Rebecca is off.

-After Rebecca comes off of TMS, ingest The Hunt and Swallow and send them to T6 to be teched when keys open tomorrow night. Swallow is on Eclair.

-Keys for Invisible Man and The Hunt are being delivered tonight.

-IMS deletions on the whiteboard for today.

-Strike the Showtime marquee rental and put up Where Does a Body End? and Prince Achmed.

-Michael, there is a short list of admin tasks posted on the whiteboard.

Presentation Issues: None.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: All new preshow content we are waiting for this week is listed on the whiteboard above the 4/6 desk. It is expected tomorrow AM.

-Ingested Generic Action 40min preshow (for The Hunt) and the whole Generic Horror preshow (for Invisible Man, Swallow, and QP2) from the Projection Mac Server.

Trailer Updates: Trailer packs are set until 3/18 when Prince Achmed is removed. We can continue using the 030520 All Ages pack and start showing the 031220 Adult pack on Thursday.

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordered posters for The Invisible Man (which will be shipped overnight) and Swallow (overnight shipping incurred an extra charge so I just stuck with regular shipping).

Ordering/Receiving (content): Added The Invisible Man to the ingest schedule for Wednesday, keys go live that night. Added Raging Bull and Fantastic Fungi for Thursday.

-Raging Bull and Prince Achmed drives have arrived and both mounted properly. Achmed is not encrypted but we should wait until Friday PM to ingest when all new/outgoing first run content for next week is settled.

-Contacted SimpleDCP about keys for Fantastic Fungi, they will be sending them to me and I will forward them to everyone when they come in. They should already be live when they come in.

-Keys for Swallow are due to arrive Wednesday night, the feature is sitting in Eclair ready to ingest.

-Held over titles that will need new keys for the coming film week: Emma, Parasite, Portrait of a Lady on Fire, Once Were Brothers. If we do not have them after tomorrow night we should reach out to distributors.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Watched Leprechaun all the way through, the DCP is all good. The playlist is built.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated entries for this week's new first run bookings, most notably tracking for The Invisible Man and Fantastic Fungi, both of which should arrive tomorrow.

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Cues and schedule checked for today.

-Filled in the rest of next weeks cues, excepting end timing for special events and content yet to be received.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
