3/12 ADMIN/OPEN. Karen

To do this evening/ was completed:
-Delete Wendy, 1917, Call of the Wild, and Sonic and their playlists and their individual pre-shows clips (we need to start deleting these during our IMS deletions, the playlists are nothing, these are what take up space) off the TMS and any IMS where they are for today after they are finished for the night
-I already went through and deleted everything from the individual IMS's left over from this week as some of the houses were over 90% full when I got in (undeleted pre-show clips, among other things, was the culprit) so no need to worry about that.
-Ingest Lost Girls after the TMS deletions and send to TH3 for me to tech tomorrow morning (the keys don't open until 1 am tonight)
-After the 1st round you can take 1917 and Call of the Wild off the front marquee, unfortunately both Sonic and Wendy have late night round screenings tonight.
-I have pulled letters aside for Swallow, The Hunt, The Invisible Man, and Lost Girls and left them on the work bench in 3/7
-Please put Fantastic Fungi up on front of marquee for the weekend
-The poster situation is:
Out front: The Hunt, Lost Girls, Invisible Man, Onward, Portrait, Emma, Parasite, Swallow, Brothers, Mulan (coming soon). Inside: Promising Young Woman, New Mutants
-Please update the whiteboard when the weekly review email comes out this evening

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist:
-double checked all playlists for the week. Could I make another request to schedule lighting cues from the end of the clip rather than the beginning? It makes it so much easier to double check things, credit times, etc. and it's easier to adjust it later on.
-Tightened up the lighting cue times for Invisible Man as there was about 2 minutes in between cues and generally 30 sec will suffice. If we space them out that much, we will definitely hear complaints and no one needs to sit in "lights mid" for 3 minutes. Also had to turn it down, there were many places where 5.0 was uncomfortably loud.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:
-double checked and made a few adjustments to the Where Does A Body End playlist for quicker automation flow when moving through the pauses and clips
-double checked and printed out the event memo for tonight. 4 mics, 4 chairs, wash for the Q&A, should be easy

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content):
-I had to delete Leprechaun as the TMS was too full: it has been teched and is safely sitting on the projection mac server, we can re-download after the weekend.
-Ingested Raging Bull and sent it to TH1 for teching tonight
-double checked all KDM for this coming week (mostly for myself, as I was out yesterday)

Outgoing/Shipping (content):
-Deleted 7 Stages to Bliss

Print/video Inspection:
-I could've sworn I read that Fungi was teched in someone's blog, but there were no cues in the playlist or timings left anywhere or updated cue sheets so I (re?) teched it and put applicable cues/updates

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:
Yes and yes

Maintenance/cleaning:
-both Michael and I independently ran reels of film on P2 in TH1 since Steve fixed our trap, the weaving and focus issues seem to have been resolved

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):
-Double checked cue sheets and scheduler for the entire week next week up until Thursday, since it is likely to change around a bit
-printed 2 copies of today's cues and hung one up inside TH1 booth as Chris will be in there doing lights, etc for music driven while there are some manual starts as well
