To do this evening/ was completed:
-Carried Out IMS deletions as scheduled save for deleting Brothers and Portrait from T7 as no tix were sold the the final round in that room and so I had powered down the server before going about deleting anything. Also means the 6:15 3/10 Wendy still needs to be removed from scheduler. Sorry bout that.

Presentation Issues:
-Hate to go back to this but I checked on T3 while PS was up and the clip from A New Leaf in the Generic Romance 40 was really quite loud. Sarah B who was serving in there was kind enough to ear check for me as I adjusted it, 3.3 turned out to be ideal. I know we've tried a number of things regarding preshow volumes but people needed to borderline shout in there to be heard.

-Meant to build a baby-friendly Emma for tuesday but couldn't get new SPLs to save. I'm having TMS reboot as I leave the building which I assume will fix this as usual.

    Should note that as I powered everything down the T1 VNC is showing a critical bulb change alert. Would very much like to see how this is done on our Christies.

Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
