NPP Projection Report 9/15 (Evening)
To do this evening/ was completed:
Presentation Issues: Slight flickering in T5 due to the bulb needing servicing. Alec mentioned seeing the light change warning this morning.

Special Events/ AV set up: Screening and Q&A for What Awaits Us went smoothly, however, the audio configuration connected to the camera in the booth that was filming the panel of guests failed to properly record any audio from inside the auditorium. The wireless mics from booth 1 were used and all cues had been placed in the playlist to ensure we were receiving a signal from inside the auditorium. Anything audible was being picked up through the port glass window as the audience clapped or if guests spoke directly into the mic. The rest is white noise from the projector exhausts inside the booth. Alec kindly walked me through the cable connections but there is no discernible audio for us to use with the footage that was shot. I apologize for this mishap and will troubleshoot it again with Alec for future events.
