NPP Projection Report 9/29

To do this evening/ was completed: Please put now showing snipes above Venom and Titane posters and add Venom 2 and Titane to the front of the marquee towards the end of the night.

Manual starts: Second round Nowhere Inn, Theater 4; Third round Son of the White Mare, Theater 3

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a playlist for the preshow for the private event tomorrow night. It has the generic Action preshow and cues at the end to switch the projector and sound inputs for blu-ray.

Trailer Updates: Made a trailer pack specifically for Titane with the Benedetta teaser.

Looked at the NewFest trailer on screen with Desmond, it's all set and goes live in Adult trailer packs tomorrow.

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Got posters for C'mon C'mon, and a new Trail Mix drive.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Got the drive for Bottle Rocket, holding off on ingesting it until Son of the White Mare can be deleted.

Possessor is ready to be ingested from Eclair, but let's wait until we can delete all the features we will be losing this weekend.

Kim from NewFest dropped off drives with all of the shorts in the festival as well as three of the feature DCPs (Death and Bowling, Firstness, and Under My Skin). DCPs were read by the TMS fine, not ingesting yet however. Shorts are in the process of being converted to DCP. All drives are in a bin labeled NewFest 2021 Hard Drives by the desk in 4/6.

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre print arrived!

Ingested keys for all features playing in the coming week except for Possessor, keys have not been delivered yet.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): I left the outgoing drives on the cart, hopefully UPS will pick them up when they drop something off next.

Print/video Inspection: Teched the Titane playlist, it's good to go! Keys for Venom and Addams Family don't activate until midnight tonight so these will be teched tomorrow.

Inspected Texas Chainsaw, the print is in excellent condition and is on house reels ready for the tech check on Friday.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes, I also made a separate asset tracking doc for NewFest content.

Maintenance/cleaning: Fixed the take-up belt on projector #2 in booth 1.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes, checked for tonight and some timing updated for tomorrow (adding the trailer to Titane playlist made it 2 minutes longer).

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
