NPP Projection Report 9/30
Take down the Cry Macho and Card Counter posters as well. Replace Card Counter with Addams Family 2 and replace Cry Macho with No Time to Die and a coming soon snipe. Both posters and a snipe are on the wood shelf in 3/7.
Private blu-ray screening of Snatch in Theater 5.
Ingest the DCP of The Wedding Banquet from the DCPII hard drive when the encode is finished.
Presentation Issues:
Preshow Clips/Playlist: I noticed the wrong DCP of Addams Family 2 was added to the playlist, the 7.1 Atmos file was added rather than the regular 7.1. We did not receive keys for the Atmos version so the playlist was showing a warning on the schedule. I ingested the regular 7.1 file, added it to the playlist, and deleted the Atmos version so everything is good to go. In theory we would be able to play the Atmos version (if we got keys for it), but in general just ingest the regular 7.1 version of features as we're not equipped with Atmos sound. In rare cases (like the DCP we received of Lord of the Rings), only a 5.1 and a 7.1 Atmos are included on the drive. In those cases its OK to ingest the Atmos version, just make sure we do receive keys for it (as we did for Lord of the Rings).
Trailer Updates: NewFest 2021 trailer added to Adult packs.
Special Events/ AV set up: The blu-ray of Snatch has tech info written on a piece of paper attached to the box. There is a playlist for the preshow scheduled, with cues to switch the projector and sound inputs for blu-ray. I've gone over everything with Jack so the event should go smoothly.
Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Got posters for House of Gucci.
Ordering/Receiving (content): Got some more of the feature DCPs for NewFest. The Scary of Sixty-First is available on our Eclair server, and I received a download link for Homebody and downloaded it onto the DCPII hard drive. We'll wait on ingesting these for a bit until we have a date set to tech them. I am also making a DCP of The Wedding Banquet with English subtitles. Please ingest this when it's done (the subtitles are increasing the encode time by quite a bit, I think) so I can test it on screen right away and see if there's anything about the DCP that needs to be fixed.

Since the DCP encode for The Wedding Banquet has been going all day I didn't get the chance to make any more of the shorts into DCP. I'll pick back up with this tomorrow.
