NPP Projection Report 9/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Trivia in Hi-Res, William and I have gone over the set-up and he preset some cables before I left, so we're ready to go for tonight.

Trivia should come down from the 14th street side of the marquee. We don't have the text yet for the film shoot on Friday, so it can be replaced with "The Card Counter opens 9/9" for now.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Shang-Chi preshow was switched from Generic Comics to Generic Action since the former has a clip with cursing.

Built the Prisoners of the Ghostland playlist.

Trailer Updates: Made a new trailer pack for 9/16.

Special Events/ AV set up: Went over the tech set-up for Spoons, Toons, and Booze with Michael and Nell. They also looked at Theater 2 to consider having an event in there but decided against it.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Prisoners of the Ghostland came in through Eclair and has been ingested.

Still unsure where Language Lessons will be coming from. Not available through Eclair and not pending on Deluxe.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Looked at a DVD of B*A*P*S with Desmond and Cristina in theater 6 to see if the quality is good enough for a screening.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes, several events added and info for newly pending first run titles from Deluxe.

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Began filling in cue sheets for next week. Input everything I could for Friday-Wednesday. I'll built new first run playlists for the 16th this Thursday when this week's playlists can be deleted. Timing for Prisoners, Language, and events will be added as soon as we have the info.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
