To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled playlists for 9/16.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Private film premiere and Q&A in Theater 1, went great!

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received Cry Macho and Prisoners of the Ghostland posters.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received Language Lessons through a download link. The download has taken several hours but should end around 11:30, so Jack can start the ingest before leaving. The file is unencrypted so there's no need for keys.

We also got the DCP for What Awaits Us, next week's Music Driven screening. The drive we got didn't seem to be formatted to be read by the TMS so I copied the DCP to our DCPII drive. Since Language Lessons was already downloading to this drive when I copied it, this will be ingested along with Language Lessons when that finishes downloading.

Fellowship of the Ring DCP and new Trail Mix drives came in. Fellowship will be ingested when the closing first run features are deleted tomorrow.

Print/video Inspection: Teched the Card Counter playlist, all set.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes, credit timing for 9/16 added.

Marquee updated?: Put up the text for the What She Said premiere tonight, Jack will take this down and put up the text for the film shoot before closing. Closing first run titles will be taken down and tomorrow's opening titles put up.

Posters updated?: Put up the posters for the film shoot tomorrow on the 14th street side of the building. Took down Roadrunner, Annette, and Respect from the other side and replaced them with Card Counter, The Green Knight, and Prisoners of the Ghostland.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
