NPP Projection Report 10/12 (Open)


To do this evening/ was completed: Built and scheduled the playlist for The Last Duel. Ingested Firstness for NewFest and moved it to 3. Jerry Kohut from DMS came by this morning to inspect the lamp in 5 and fix the changeover issue in 4/6. The bulb in 5 we thought was new was actually a used one, hence the constant flickering, that had accidentally been placed back in a box marked "new." Jerry replaced this with a new bulb from DMS and set it to its lowest intensity (according to him that bulb model is too bright for that lamp house but it still works). He placed orders for 3 more bulbs for that auditorium at Alec's request. The changeover button on projector #2 in 4 is loose. Jerry checked the backside of the automation panel to see if the connection had come undone but, as far as he could tell, it is just the button itself that is loose and needs replacing. He said he would look for a part from another projector to replace it with.

Projection Admin 7/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
