NPP Projection Report 12/17 Admin


To do this evening/ was completed: Remove the DCPII drive from TH3 projector when Inspector Ike finishes ingesting.

Double check cue sheets and TMS schedule for tomorrow.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Added the updated How to Order PSA to all playlists.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received posters for Licorice Pizza as well as more Nightmare Alley one sheets.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received the Inspector Ike DCP through a Dropbox link. Downloaded it to the DCPII drive and started ingesting to TH3.

Was surprised to find the Fleshtone print had been delivered today, it came on short rolls of 1000ft on cores in boxes still shrink wrapped from the lab. Was even more surprised when at the end of the day I saw two more boxes from the distributor with prints of the movie. One with the film on 5 rolls of 2000ft on cores and the other with the second half the film on rolls of 1000ft. Both of these copies are also shrink wrapped. Will look into sending back the copies on 1000ft rolls as they’re just taking up space in the booth.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): The Malice print got picked up.

Print/video Inspection: Finished inspecting Eyes Wide Shut. Still a great looking print if a tiny bit scratched at the sides.

Took a look at the Fun print. As expected it's quite beat up, lots of scratches, vinegar syndrome, and the colors looked slightly faded from the bench. It should be passable though, will be looking at this print on screen on Monday.

Teched How the Grinch Stole Christmas DCP with Desmond, it's all set for the weekend!

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes, updated deliveries for the Switchblade Sisters DCP, and the Desperately Seeking Susan and From Beyond prints, which are all now due to arrive on Monday.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
