NPP Projection Report 12/9 Admin
Presentation Issues:
Preshow Clips/Playlist: We got a trailer schedule from Kat, who will now be sending weekly preshow and trailer assignments so we’ll know exactly what to put in each playlist. Since we don’t have all content needed on the Google Drive yet, playlists will remain as is until we can download and ingest content. We’ll swap in preshows as we get them and starts running Kat’s trailer assignments on the 16th to avoid having to change a bunch of the timing on the cue sheets. (I ran this by Kat and she was fine with it).
Made/scheduled staff screening playlists.
Trailer Updates:
Special Events/ AV set up: Teched the Found Footage Fest setup for tonight. Everything worked great, hosts have their DVD which they’ll be playing off the PS3. They’ll bring this back when they come for the show. PS3 is in the booth next to the digital projector. The show is starting with a short selection of clips which will be run from one of the hosts’ laptop from the stage. Projectionist will simply close dowser and switch HDMI input to the projector to the PS3 when the main show starts. Keep house lights down for the whole show, turn on the “single spot” setting on the light board when they speak between clips. Projectionist in theater can assist with cueing the projectionist in the booth with lights, volume, switching inputs, etc. 3 wired mics are set up under the curtain, connected to the wall speakers (just like Spoons). The first guy (using laptop) will use a mic stand, the other two hosts won’t.
