To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: Major sound issues with 35mm projector 2 in T6. It's been covered in the email circulated earlier today but essentially something was consistently amiss with either the soundhead on P2 or the sound processor itself. No issues with Projector 1, each reel I ran on that projector played smoothly. Show ultimately had to be canceled 4/5th of the way through.

Cue times for round 3 in T2 were listed incorrectly. Adjusted them accordingly.

Special Events/ AV set up: Placed mixer and XLRs in their respective bins before T6 intro. Desmond didn't think it was necessary to use a mic. May be relevant going forward, depending on anticipated crowd size.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
