NPP Projection Report 1/3 Admin


To do this evening/ was completed: Download the Cristina Ricci series preshow and Mermaids video intro from Google Drive when they’ve been uploaded and ingest to TMS, along with the generic video intro which is already on the DCPII drive.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Downloaded the generic intro for the Cristina Ricci series.

Made a DCP of the Paid in Full slide, ingested it as well as the Sleepy Hollow, Casper, and Speed Racer slides.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: William came in this afternoon and I showed him the Spoons set up so he can preset things for Jack on Thursday. I also mentioned about the wired mic we’ll need for the Inspector Ike Q&A as there are five people giving the Q&A. We’ll use all four wired mics and one wired. I tested the wired mic connection and it worked fine.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested new keys for Sing 2.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Ran a reel of Sleepy Hollow to check the volume and check the focus from the projector (we got a customer complaint about this after the Eyes Wide Shut screening). I didn’t have any problems getting the picture in focus. Because of the angle of the projector and the size of the screen some parts of the picture will inevitably be softer than others (the same is true for the digital projector), but none of the image appeared blurry.

Put the first two reels of Fun back on house reels for the screening at the end of the month and continued inspecting the rest of the print. Had to repair a few torn sprockets, and there were a few points in the third reel where the film had been creased, causing a few tears which I taped over.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
