To do this evening/ was completed: Update posters and marquee

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Made and scheduled staff screening playlist for Death on the Nile and Worst Person in the World.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Set up the wall mounted iPad in Trees.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Prints for Magnificent Warriors and The Lost Boys came.

Spirited Away DCP came through Eclair and has been ingested to Theater 2.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Jack teched Death on the Nile and Worst Person playlists.

Began inspecting Magnificent Warriors, it’s in quite rough shape—it’s very dirty and there were lots of torn sprocket holes which needed to be repaired. The print also came with three trailers on a separate reel.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Replaced the bulbs in the Christie projectors in Theaters 1 and 2.

 Cleared boxes out of the 3/7 booth, there were some old light bulbs and an Amazon box full of light bulbs for the upstairs bathrooms for Juan. I placed the bathroom bulbs in the shelf and cleared the old bulbs and their boxes.

DMS was here all day working on the 35mm projectors in Theaters 1 and 4. They will be back tomorrow morning as the jitter in 1 was not resolved, and while Jerry got power to both changeover shutters in 4 the changeover button on projector #1 still only switches the sound. The intermittent shoe on the projector in 1 was replaced with one from a projector in 4, so that will need to be replaced as well now. They also said the projector itself in 1 seems to be shaking as it runs.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
