To do this evening/ was completed: Continue scheduling.

Ingest Everything Everywhere and add to the playlist, it should be coming through Eclair tonight.

Private event in Theater 2 tonight, playlist is good to go. They’ll just need 3 mics and spots for the intro and Q&A.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built/scheduled a playlist for
the private event in Theater 2 tonight.

Built playlists for Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers, Repo Man preshow, and preshow for the private event on Saturday. Started the playlist for Everything Everywhere. Need the slide for Perfect before I can make that playlist.

Downloaded and ingested the new forecast and added it to all playlists for next week.

Made an updated playlist for Spider-Man as that’s been held
over.

Trailer Updates: Swapped the Everything Everywhere trailer for Fantastic Beasts in the R trailer pack for next week.

Special Events/ AV set up: Checked through the playlist for tonight’s private event in Theater 2, it’s all set.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Checked on delivery for Perfect, waiting to hear back from Universal/DHL on that.

Also checked on the Everything Everywhere DCP as it has not come through on Eclair yet. Eclair and A24 confirmed our booking and it should be coming on the server tonight.

Ingested Magic Mike XXL to Theater 2 and The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers to Theater 1.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): The Theater 1 server was still pretty full and I needed to ingest Lord of the Rings so I deleted several preshow clips which are not in use, mostly ones that were made for one-off special events.

Print/video Inspection: Checked the Country Crush DVD in Theater 3 for Saturday. It looks OK, though the titles appear pretty pixelated on screen. I’m guessing there was no blu-ray available. Wrote the volume level and a few notes on the sheet with the DVD.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes, added tracking for High Tide, coming Friday, and info for Blade Runner which showed up on Deluxe, though hasn’t shipped yet.

Maintenance/cleaning: Changed air filters in all Christie projectors, except the radiator filters in the two 2220s which I checked and do not need changing yet.

Put a new 16M lamp in the Theater 4 Christie.

Made a maintenance log with tasks for the Christie projectors, the 35mm projectors, and all booths. Tasks should be completed at varying intervals, which are noted in this document. Please take a look through this when you’re working to see if any tasks need to be completed during your shift. I’m also happy to demonstrate any of these if needed, such as changing bulbs and certain 35mm maintenance tasks. This spreadsheet is in the “Projection - NPP” folder on Google Drive.

Played around with the lamp settings on the Theater 2 Christie. I ran the auto LampLOC adjust and got an X sensor failure alarm. I adjusted the plastic cover on the cathode side which can get in the way of this a bit and ran the LampLOC auto again, and got no error. Raised the power on the lamp as well. It looked good before but I think it looks better now.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Filled in credits for Morbius on Thursday. Filled in preshow, showtime, lights down, and movie start times for Friday 4/1 through Thursday 4/7. Scheduled Friday and all event playlists (except Perfect) and filled in those credit times.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
