NPP Projection Report 3/8 Admin
To do this evening/ was completed: All films have been scheduled and added to cue sheets for the upcoming week (with the exception of a few titles we cannot schedule since the content has not arrived yet)
Presentation Issues: Downloaded and ingested Grease: Sing-A-Long keys from Deluxe
Preshow Clips/Playlist: Playlists for this week still contain the forecast from 3/4 to fill the space; waiting for Kat to upload the DCP elements for 3/11 for us to download
Trailer Updates:
Special Events/ AV set up: Microphones/mixer set up in theater 4 for tonight's Eve's Bayou introduction
Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
Ordering/Receiving (content):
Outgoing/Shipping (content):
Print/video Inspection: Tested the first two reels of Eve's Bayou, Cool as Ice, and House Party with Cristina, Desmond, and John in theater 4 and noted volume levels for each print; also tested Happening and adjusted the volume/masking accordingly (there is some image bleeding on the left curtain when it is set to Digital 133, though, there is pillar boxing when it is set to FILM 133 -- not sure how we might better split the difference between these settings if we do screen the film in the future)
