NPP Projection Report 5/6 Admin

To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: One of the servers in theater 2 said the Multiverse of Madness pre-show volume was too low (it is automated to play at 3.5) but it sounded fine to me, though, the audience chatter was drowning it out a bit; I brought it up to 4.0 through the quick controls tab on the TMS but that made it too loud so I split the difference manually and had it play at 3.7

Preshow Clips/Playlist:

Trailer Updates: Pre-show trailers were switched at Kat's request for tomorrow's Batman screening

Special Events/ AV set up: Bound pre-show walkthrough with the hosts went smoothly, though, the light board in this auditorium no longer has any wash lights programmed on it, which the hosts will most likely end up using for their performance

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Videodrome print was delivered and brought to theater 1; Hong Kong trailers are scheduled to arrive tomorrow

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Checked the first two reels of Blade and Millionaire's Express with Cristina and Desmond in theaters 4 and 1, respectively; Blade looks and sounds great while Millionaire's Express has the occasional scratches and dirt throughout 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Projection Admin 7/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a show playlist for Interstellar (all this needs is a volume cue which can be added once the film is tech'd) Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Taking Off screening in theater 1 went really well Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Jawbreaker keys were downloaded and ingested Downloaded and ingested the "Antonias Line" trailer for the Boxcar Bertha pre-show Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected Taking Off after the screening and placed all reels back on their shipping reels/in their canisters (also reached out the necessary parties at DHL and NBC/Universal to schedule a pickup) Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated information for a few titles this upcoming week Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Removed Taking Off and added letters for  Boxcar Bertha  to the 3
