NPP Projection Report 7/5 Admin

Forgot to publish my blog yesterday:

To do this evening/ was completed: The AC leak in Booth 2 has sped up a bit, though not quite to what it was before, there's also a second drip (much slower than the first) just to the left of the first one, so make sure the trash can is positioned so that it catches both drips. I emptied the trash can as it was about a quarter full.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled a playlist for Perdita Durango.

Downloaded and ingested the 7/08 A forecast, Grill tip PSA, MST3k policy clip, as well as the Action in Scope trailer. Added the forecast to all playlists for next week, the tip PSA to PG-13 and R playlists, and the MST3k policy to the R trailer pack.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Packed up the Cat Video Fest DCP and attached the included FedEx return label. Printed a FedEx label for the Punk Digibeta tape and packed that up as well. Brought both to the FedEx dropoff box by the UPS store on my way out.

Printed and attached return labels for the Bling Ring print and scheduled a pickup for tomorrow. Left it on the cart by the entrance.

Contacted Sony about One False Move and I Know What You Did Last Summer pickups, waiting to hear back.

Attached return labels to any print which had them included and which has already been inspected.

Print/video Inspection: Teched the Perdita Durango DCP, it looks and sounds great. Added volume and credit lights cues to the playlist.

Re-inspected the I Know What You Did Last Summer print, it's all set to go back.

Put the Hong Kong trailers from AGFA on a reel again for the Sundays on Fire screening this week. I ended up not removing any of the head/tail leaders that had been added on as there was barely any and it will just appear as a few seconds of black between trailers. I also added some of our own leader to the head (with footage marked) and tail of the reel as there was not enough for threading and the tail was so short it would have flopped down in front of the lens at the very end of the last trailer. Our leader has been labeled, please remove it after the show.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes, added all cinema events for August and all private events for July.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
