To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled the Goonies playlist and the Dragon Ball playlists.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Set up the mini mixer in Theater 1 for the band tonight. Their setup sounds pretty simple so I don’t think it necessitates the big Behringer mixer. Left two mics and XLR cables under the curtain, one will be for them to speak into and the other possibly to mic their bass. I set the EQ for each one, though I of course did it blindly so it may need to be adjusted for their voice/instrument.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received a new Trail Mix drive.

Received posters for Catherine Called Birdy, placed them in the caddy.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received The Mummy drive, ingested it to Theater 1.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Printed a shipping label for Tiger Cage, scheduled a pick up for tomorrow, as well as for Days of Thunder. Placed both prints on the cart.

Print/video Inspection: Looked at some of the Mo Better Blues print with Desmond, it looks great.

Finished inspecting Out of Bounds, overall a nice print, very few scratches and minimal damage. It’s lightly warped near the heads and tails of each reel, but nothing crazy.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Checked the 1.78 lens file in all houses, except 1. Dragon Ball is 1.78 and we haven’t had a feature in this ratio for a while. All were pretty much fine, the image needed to be offset in 2 and 5 and refocused in 7.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Scheduled Saturday and Sunday and filled in cue sheets.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
