To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled the Thirst playlist.

Replaced the Horror policy with the V2 version in all playlists, also added the 5.1 Fall Welcome and Feature snipes to all special event playlists.

Downloaded and ingested the V3 Don't Worry Darling 15min preshow clip and added it to the playlist.

I made a cue specifically to set the volume for the Welcome and Feature clips and the Policy. I sent it to all servers and we can edit it on the individual IMS so we can have them play at different volumes in each theater with the same cue, so we won’t have to make separate trailer packs and playlists for each theater.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: The Last Seduction screening went very well. Cleaned projectors before and after the screening. The print came tails out so it’s been left tails out in booth 1 to be reinspected. Wireless mics are charging in booth 1.

Jack noticed today that the Rugrats keys expire before the Saturday showtime. I emailed Deluxe and they said
they’ll be issued 24 hours before, but also said to contact the booker so I forwarded their email to John so he can confirm with Paramount.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Mars Attacks print was picked up.

Print/video Inspection: Checked the 1.37 lens macro and masking in Theater 3 for In a Lonely Place. Checking with just the alignment DCP it looks good, but Lillian will look at the feature tomorrow when keys are open and adjust the masking if needed. Please check if there is any appropriate point to bring lights up for any credits, and fill in the credit start time on the cue sheets. Either way, it will probably be a good idea to add a minute or two of black after the feature to have credit lights on while people exit the theater before the cleaning lights come on.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Added tracking and specs for Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory and Death Becomes Her. Both are coming on drives tomorrow.

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Filled in cues for the private Amazon event on Tuesday, except start credits; DCP came with no credit offset. I reached out to Chenelle to get us keys so we can tech it, should be getting ones that open Monday morning.

Filled in credit times for Thirst.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
