Projection Admin 9/23



To do this evening/ was completed: Ran the first reel of Zodiac T1 with Desmond. Looks pretty great! Ran just fine. From what I can see residue isn't a huge issue on screen despite being more prominent on the print itself. Volume should be between 6.0 and 6.5 depending on how big the crowd is. T1 projectors have been cleaned. Went over sound adjustments for New Welcome, Policy, and Feature Presentation--decided that 3.5 for preshow content sounds great in smaller theatres and should be at 4.0 in larger theatres, apart from the new Welcome policy, which should be 4.0 in smaller theatres and in T1&T2 should be at 4.5 ( I had a listen and I think they're fine where they're at, but would like to go over this with Alec tomorrow (to change it in the playlists, too). Checked In A Lonely Place with Cristina--no volume adjustments. Good as is in its playlist--will need to check credits and add to cue sheet. Rugrats sounds great in its playlist, too.  

Ingested My Bestfriend's Exorcism into T4. Ingested Willy Wonka into T1 but both sockets did not power on the CRU port (tried both). Death Comes to Her still needs to be ingested into T2. 

Presentation Issues: Had some issues with playback, but Alec informed me that this has been an issue in the past. 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Received preshow content. Downloaded Generic Halloween 25min (15 min/5 min were incorrectly formatted and/or not uploaded in full. Reached out to Kat about it).

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
