Projection Admin 9/26

To do this evening/ was completed: Jack and I went through the entirety of the No Budge Shorts, checked volume, masking, credits, synch and so forth. We found that Radical Honesty's DCP was actually a DCP of Super N word, but we downloaded the actual file and made a DCP of Radical Honesty. Received and made a DCP of the No Budge slide and ingested it. Jack will be sending along the information we collected today for the shorts so that they can be ushered into a proper playlist (just so that folks know, one of the shorts, It's All Related, is both 1.33 and 1.85, so we're gonna keep it at 1.85.) Checked volume and got credits for My Bestfriend's Exorcism. Cue sheet updated. Checked volume/image for Thirst. Cristina is at NYFF. Ingested Bros and the trailer for Ham On Rye and updated the pack for PG13 films. We setup the blu-ray player in the Trees Lounge. All good to go, Will should only need to fire it up when the time comes. Chenelle will send over the slide for My Bestfriend's Exorcism by this evening. Made slides for No Budge, Beetlejuice and The Faculty. Reached out to Deluxe about a trailer for Triangle of Sadness. Started inspecting In the Mouth of Madness. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: As previously mentioned, we got the blu-ray up, popped the DVD in to make sure everything was up and running properly with sound/image. Will be very easy to strip by end of day. To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
