To do this evening/ was completed: Finished setting up for this evening's NewFest screenings. Had some productive meetings with Desmond and Matthew about Monday's situation and how to move forward with grace, clarity, and rearranged our schedule a bit for this weekend. As you all know now, Alec is unfortunately very unwell and will be out for a minimum of 3 to 4 days. We already have admin coverage for most of his shifts Jack and I have a lot of admin days, but I'll be covering the ones we don't have two people scheduled for. I will be on Saturday morning, Will takes the evening and I'll take his Sunday shift. The schedule has been adjusted. I will be tech'ing the new NewClass playlist with Kim, Matthew, and Desmond, on Friday. 

Presentation Issues: 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Made sure all new KDMs were downloaded and ingested for Don't Worry Darling, Bros, Triangle of Sadness, Coraline, Black Adam and Barbarian, Till. 

Kat sent over content info for 10/28-- Downloaded the Forecast B (please ingest!!), but Forecast A (along with PS_Generic_Irish_15min  and PS_FR_Banshees_5min ) Will be on Drive by EOD Tues 10/25!
Liquor Law has been downloaded. (please ingest!!)

Liquor Law and Forecast ^on DPC II drive. 

Till finally opened and I was able to check sound. It's good at 5.5. 
Decision to Leave looks great, too, but is on the louder side. I adjusted the playlist and the volume to 4.8. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Got T2 set up for Sexual Healing's intro and Q&A. Got 3 mics wired and setup in T3 for Mad As Hell. Set the mic up in Trees Lounge for Audience Awards and any other special announcements. Tested all mics for the events this evening. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): I received the file of Prey from Desmond and have a DCP finishing in DCP-o-matic, which Will can copy over to the DCP II drive this evening, and then ingest. Specs looked great. DCP-o-matic converted the file to 1.85 (which it usually will. rare it converts to scope, even if it's the native format) but the ratio for the film is actually scope, so I made it as such within the container. Will test it tomorrow morning to see how it looks. 5.1 sound! Graph looked very cool, as it should.

Maintenance/cleaning: Got proper quotes for motor brushes and pads..more info to follow soon. We also received out Grainger belts the other day. I'll be taking a look at how they fit the Centurys tomorrow. Loads to catch up on since NewFest started!

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Worked on the cue sheets/tms schedule -- will finish tomorrow morning, though Coraline will not open until midnight on the 21st! The playlist has been made, but will need to be adjusted with credits information, which we can then schedule into the cue sheets for Saturday and Sunday. 

Marquee updated?: Will be updated tomorrow morning.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
