To do this evening/ was completed: Yes, NewFest timing with cue sheets needs to be adjusted. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Automation scheduled through the week apart from a few NewFest playlists that haven't been built (Before I Change My Mind, Unidentified Objects, Shorts: Mad as Hell and Shorts: Sexual Healing), The Birdcage, Black Adam, and Till

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): The Birdcage finished ingesting and I brought the drive back up to the office. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): 

Print/video Inspection: I looked at the first three reels of Beetlejuice. So far the print is in excellent condition. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes 

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): I did the majority of the cue sheets for next week (10/14-10/20). The only timing I did not get to was the Black Adam and Till end credits and NewFest timing. 

Marquee updated?: Yes with NewFest and Triangle of Sadness

Posters updated?: Yes with Triangle of Sadness outside and Black Adam in Coming Soon. 

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes 

Projection cart by entrance?:

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
