NPP Projection Report 11/15 Close - Alec & McKegg

To do this evening/ was completed: Started scheduling automation for next week and got as far as Sunday (minus the new First Run playlists like The Menu), so the rest of the week needs to be built out.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Ingested new Triangle of Sadness and Aftersun keys.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: The Batman Forever screening went well. McKegg got some threading and changeover practice in. I showed him the best way for making sure the film is in frame on the Theater 4 projectors, too, which he said he's had trouble with in the past.

Trivia went smoothly.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested The Menu to the TMS, we received no OCAP version of this.

Ingseted the Fabelmans (including the OCAP version) to Theater 1 since there is no space left on the TMS. It's taking a while and will probably finish around the time the projector shuts off for the night, so just make sure all three versions (5.1 CCAP, 7.1 CCAP, and 5.1 OCAP) have ingested completely tomorrow and delete the 5.1 CCAP version. We can transfer it to all the other screens from there, there's plenty of space on each IMS. The fastest way would probably to transfer it from 1 to 2, then when that finishes 1 to 3 and 2 to 4, and so on without transferring it to multiple screens from a single server at once. That would slow things down quite a bit.

Elf (12/3-4), A Christmas Story (12/10-11), and Christmas Vacation (12/17-18) are all ready to ingest from Deluxe. Holding off on ingesting these since we still have a few first runs to ingest. But just know they're ready for when we need them.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: McKegg and I took turns reinspecting the Batman Forever print during the screening. We only made it through the first 3 reels.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: McKegg cleaned the projectors before the Batman Forever screening and then I cleaned projector 2 and he cleaned projector 1 after the screening

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): McKegg started filling in most of the cue sheets for 11/8-11/24. The end times for most showings still needs to be filled in and there is some gaps with a private event on 11/22 and the World Cup on 11/21 as that wasn't only the initial NPP Schedule that Matthew had sent out and so the screening titles for each round are off in those specific theaters.
