NPP Projection 12/12-12/13 Admin



To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled the upcoming week in the TMS and filled out the first four days on the new cue sheets. Locally ingested Pinocchio, Puss in Boots, The Whale and Christmas Vacation. SE Playlists have been built.

Downloaded and ingested preshow content for The Whale. 

Removed Silent Night, Deadly Night from T1/TMS.

Cleaned 35mm projectors in T1. Swept and mopped as well.

Presentation Issues: A patron complained to MOD that the preshow in T1 (The Menu) was too loud. It sounded fine to my ear but I brought the volume down slightly.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
