To do this evening/ was completed: 

Presentation Issues: Nothing of note this evening; I made my usual rounds throughout the night and picture and sound in each auditorium were in working order

Print/video Inspection: I continued inspecting the archival 35mm trailers in 4/6 and marked down all technical specifications accordingly; I re-inspected Jackie Brown and made an inspection report sheet on Google Docs as none had been made when the print was initially finished being looked over (return labels were printed and added to the cans and a pickup has been scheduled for tomorrow morning)

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Double checked cue sheets for tomorrow morning and noticed there was no audio/captions information beneath the film titles (this has been added)

Maintenance/cleaning:

Marquee updated?: I was unable to get anything on the marquee with the rainfall tonight but I have set aside letters for Batman Returns behind 3/7 that can be put in place of Jackie Brown tomorrow morning

Additional Notes: Two new Yahama MG10 mixing consoles and an HDMI adapter were delivered this afternoon and left in the kitchen; I brought these up to the 4/6 booth and placed them on top of the lens cabinet

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
