Special Events/ AV set up: Eliel borrowed a power strip from the 4/6 booth for the 14th street block association's party at Trees Lounge

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): A Good Person and Women Talking one sheets were delivered and stored behind 3/7

Ordering/Receiving (content): Downloaded and ingested new (regular) Violent Night keys but had to reach out to Deluxe for OCAP keys which will be needed over the weekend

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: I re-inspected Batman Returns and filled out an inspection/re-inspection report sheet on the shared drive; the print has been packaged for return shipping with return labels attached and a pickup has been scheduled for tomorrow morning  

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Checked cues for Friday; all showtimes/end credit offset times are accurate 

Marquee updated?: The marquee emulator needed to be rebooted to display the correct showtimes; Lillian assisted with this before she left for the evening and the issue was resolved

Posters updated?:

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

Additional Notes: No tickets were sold to the final round in theater 6 (The Fabelmans (OCAP)) so I ended the show early; various leaks in some of the auditoriums from the rain — dripping sounds aside these have not proven to be a total hindrance to the viewing experience

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a show playlist for Interstellar (all this needs is a volume cue which can be added once the film is tech'd) Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Taking Off screening in theater 1 went really well Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Jawbreaker keys were downloaded and ingested Downloaded and ingested the "Antonias Line" trailer for the Boxcar Bertha pre-show Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected Taking Off after the screening and placed all reels back on their shipping reels/in their canisters (also reached out the necessary parties at DHL and NBC/Universal to schedule a pickup) Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated information for a few titles this upcoming week Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Removed Taking Off and added letters for  Boxcar Bertha  to the 3
