Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled CCAP and OCAP show playlists for The Whale through Thursday (no OCAP screenings were listed for this feature content as of this week's cue sheets)

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): 80 for Brady, Dungeons & Dragons, and The Whale posters were delivered and stored in the poster cubby behind 3/7

Print/video Inspection: Looked at Menace II Society and filled out an inspection report form on Google Sheets; uploaded stills to the drive and shared it with Conrad and Desmond

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Added credit offset information for The Whale and tagged Paul in the cue sheets to let him know about the update; shifted titles around theater 5's cue sheet column to make space for the private event tomorrow morning (Avatar: The Way of Water at 10:30AM) with the appropriate credit offset information and tagged Jack and Lillian

Checked cue sheets for tomorrow; all showtimes correspond to the schedule/vice versa and are accurate

Marquee updated?: Added letters for The Whale 

Posters updated?: Removed White Noise from the lobby and replaced it with The Whale 

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

Additional Notes: Train to Busan drive was brought back to 4/6 from theater 2 after the ingest finished

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
