Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Avatar: The Way of Water at 8:30PM in theater 1 was meant to be an OCAP screening but the regular show playlist was scheduled instead; thankfully I noticed this while the first round was still on screen and changed it accordingly (additionally, all show playlists scheduled for this film today were dated "1216" which have the Puss in Boots trailer attached -- I changed the playlists for the last rounds to the "1222" versions with updated trailer packs so as to not show that trailer which is outdated)

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Jeremy left a Dungeons & Dragons standee by the elevator on level M earlier; I tossed this in the recycling bin outside as it is too large to keep handy behind 3/7 and we have never used these as promotional material in our lobby space(s) before

Ordering/Receiving (content):

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Removed all Strange World feature and pre-show content from the TMS and corresponding servers as it had its last show earlier this evening

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Added additional technical information for Babylon and I Wanna Dance With Somebody to the asset tracking doc (credit offset time and ADA features)

Maintenance/cleaning: Did some light sweeping around the perimeter of booths 4/6 before I left

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):

Marquee updated?:

Posters updated?: Removed Strange World from the front of the building and replaced it with I Wanna Dance With Somebody; added A Man Called Otto to the lobby under a "coming soon" snipe to fill space since we are still waiting on Babylon posters to arrive

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

Additional Notes: We received a box of reel cores (20 total) and 2 new ethernet cables; the cores have been placed on the make-up table and the ethernet cables are just beside the computer desk in 4/6

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
