Projection Admin 12/12



To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all, Happy Monday. Will wasn't feel great this morning, so he took a sick day and will update us tomorrow on how he's feeling so we can prep the rest of the week. Below are some images of our new read-to-go supplies boxes for T1, T2, and a smaller box that we can easily swing from one theatre to the next. 

Presentation Issues: Our TMS still seems to have a storage issue. I went to go ingest Puss in Boots, but no budge. I've got it ingesting directly into T1 via EclairPlay/Deluxe Film Vault. 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Desmond informed Kat that we have changes to the menu this week, so she added the Winter Welcome, Feature, and Family Friendly content to the drive. The following have all been ingested and trailer packs/PG playlists have been updated with:

Ingested the OCAP and CCAP keys for Avatar. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: No intro for Silent Night/Deadly Night this evening, but I did want to share some maintenance for setups. We received two new mixers (the same Yamaha model). I labeled and filled two bins with the supplies we'll need for events--from Spoons to simple intros--we'll be prepped and can always adjust depending on an events' needs. Note: there are two microphone clips (holders) in each bin, too.

In the bins we have: 
1 mixer
2 mics
4 xlr cables
1 adapter 
~pending~ 1 xlr to 1/8" (not yet in the bins...we should order two more)

The T1 bin is under the curtain, next to the Aja. Here are a few photos: 
 

 




I reorganized a few things behind the curtain in T2 so that the Supplies Bin can properly fit: 





I also made a similar box of supplies for our smaller theatres (which, for now, will be stored in T4 since most of our other intros take place in there and occasionally T3). This box of supplies has everything apart from the adapter, xlr to 1/8", and one less xlr cable. See box below.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
