To do this evening/ was completed: Hey everyone! Hope you're all well. We've got an electrician coming in tomorrow morning to help us route spots into the T1 (and potentially T2) booth(s). We've also got Colin from DMS coming back to help us with the fire alarm and a temporary replacement IMS. I spent the majority of today on the phone with Dolby support whilst Alec communicated with DMS. T7 went down and we're still not exactly sure what caused this. I extracted a report from the IMS and went through the analysis with a Dolby technician. Ultimately, the reason we had to cancel shows today is because of the hardware clock reverting back to 2008, displaying an incorrect time. We're unable to change these preferences in the IMS itself due to security protocols (kdms and other protective measures for content), and it takes Dolby a little while to change this for us. Since the IMS2000 is not manufactured anymore, and our warranty ended in 2021, they can't actually provide an extension, but they can work with our Dolby provider, DMS, to hopefully overnight us one. The replacement should last a week, so we'll exchange before that, and of course, this certainly opens up another conversation about upgrading the IMS in each theatre, but more on that later. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Unless you look at the key order on Deluxe, the keys for Legally Blonde are still pending, despite the home page showing that they've been delivered and are active. We should get these tomorrow, along with the keys for All the Beauty and the Bloodshed and RRR.

Updated the Times Square playlist to reflect the trailer requirements. Adjusted the slide. 

Built the playlist for Shouting at the Screen, which has the live cue for that hdmi switch between the preshow and feature. This should work just fine, I'll test tomorrow morning. This cue is called "Mediablock HDMI 15," since this one's been built for 15mins. I took a look to see if we had these cues the other day when DMS gave us some feedback for the issues we'd been having with the HDMI connection in T2. You can build these cues in each IMS, and we already them, but apparently they just start getting a little fickle after about 30 mins. Colin did mention that it was probably our hdmi cable. The playlist has been scheduled on the TMS. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Preset the DJ requirements for this evening in Trees. All you'll need is to bring down the screen, turn the projector on and plug in their laptop with the hdmi/adapter. Mics have been tested. 

Setup for tomorrow/s Shouting at the Screen event in T2. The mixer, speakers and mics are all set and have been tested. The bluetooth wand (wireless presenter) is on top of the supplies bin behind the mixer, which is behind the curtain. In the morning we can use our laptop to do another test and later we'll do a mic check with our guests. Three wired mics will be needed for the intro. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Keys for Train to Busan should hopefully be here soon. We needed to adjust the date for them. John should be following up with us soon, but keep an eye out for their delivery. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): FedEx will be picking up Bronx Warriors tomorrow. 

Print/video Inspection: Inspected Love and Basketball reels 1-3. Added a bunch of photos to the drive for Conrad. Will is going to take a look at the rest this evening.

The other day I set up our new aircans in 4/6 and T1. In 4/6, they're house on top of the supplies cabinet near the kelmar bench. In T1 they're just off to the side when you come down the stairs, on the wooden shelves. I put one by each projector, too. 

Will cleaned up the red shipping reel so that's ours to use now.
