Projection Admin 2/28 Lillian & Jack



To do this evening/ was completed: DMS is sending one of their technicians, Jerry, in tomorrow morning to check out the light issue. Roger will also be here tomorrow morning between 10 and 11am. Alec and I will tag team this.  

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist:
Ran through ALL NSF '23 playlists with the programmers. 
Made a few adjustments in each playlist. All slides look great! This will, of course, get double checked for tomorrow...as will the rest before they screen. Got volume for the NSF '23 Mubi trailer and Bumper. 

The only thing we need to QC again is The Whole World and His Wife. I put the DCP into DCP-o-matic and made it flat, instead of Scope. I was going to make a new lens file for this and adjust the masking, but it's super off. It didn't look good as Scope in DCP-o-matic, so I made this Flat. This one is strange, though, initially I thought it was Intimacy Workshop that needed to be adjusted, but that was just scope all the way through. Anyway, this new DCP has been ingested to T1 and we can take a look tomorrow! It's for Closing Nite, so we have a few days to make sure this is all set.

Special Events/ AV set up: Intro for T3 is all set this evening. McKegg will be setting up for Trivia, too.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Operation Fortune and Triangle of Sadness to the TMS. 

Received the downloadable files for Lucy Daucus' music video premiere (before World's Fair screening next week). World's Fair DCP finished extracting and can get copied over to the DCPII drive/ingested to the TMS. One of the reps will be here sometime Friday, early in the day, to check out the files. 

Received Psycho II, After Hours 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Private Parts, Attack the Block got picked up 

Print/video Inspection: Fatal Attraction got re-inspected.Will package up properly tomorrow. McKegg is working on After Hours. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes. Added tracking info for Good Time. 

Maintenance/cleaning: I ordered us some lamps through DMS, since we need to change T1's, but we don't have any spares. Most of them have been changed recently, so we'll be fine for awhile, but now we won't have to scramble when the time comes to change them.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
