NPP Projection Admin 3/30 Lillian/Jack

To do this evening/ was completed: Dungeons & Dragons tech'd, ready to go. Volume for Spring Welcome and Guardians 3 trailer updated. Ran loops for Eternal Sunshine--all set.

Downloaded and ingested the new CarsGoneWild preshow content.

Double checked the trailer for Air this morning per MGM's request. It looks great! We notified them.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Cars Gone Wild preshow can get added to Thelma & Louise playlist, which is the only playlist this preshow content goes into right now.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Washes are all set for the intro/Q&A for Eternal Sunshine.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): The Keys for Air will be released 3/31 and will be available just for the first screening on Saturday, as opposed to its proper first run time. We should be receiving the next round of keys soon after Saturday.

Maintenance/cleaning: Changed the lamp in the digital projector in T1. Up and running beautifully. Jack observed and was very helpful.

Someone from DMS might be here tomorrow to help out with our HDMI issue in T1 tomorrow.

This morning I went to check brightness on P1, took out the lenses, and it was incredibly dark. When focusing the lamp, the lenses need to be off so you can check the 'orb' or 'bullseye.' Wound up taking ages, but I adjusted the entire apparatus with the thumb screws/ knob and nylon bit to get rid of heavy shadows and more evenly distribute the light. I called Roger, too, but he couldn't come in and suggested I just do what I was already doing, but he does think there's a misalignment.

The plate had also been moved. This shouldn't actually have to get adjusted, so it's been moved back somewhat to its current position. I think the reflector is really what's making this challenging and it's just a simple misalignment. We didn't have much time today, but we held off with seating for first round for a couple minutes in order to make sure we could secure things as best as possible. I will investigate tomorrow.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes
