To do this evening/ was completed: Re-inspected Dead Calm, nothing new to report. Didn't schedule a pickup yet--can be done tomorrow.

BCB_2023 trailer downloaded and ingested, added to all trailer packs.

Suzume playlists built.

Wired mics and mixers set in T1 for tonight.

Tech'd Passages (5.0 vol), Juice (5.0 vol) and Wedding Banquet with programming--all good to go.

Scheduled all first run content for the upcoming week in TMS sans OCAP screenings, those still need to be added.

Sundays on Fire preshow content re-ingested to TMS.

Fast X ingested to T1.

Tetsuo: The Iron Man is downloading to the desktop--we received a few other features from Elizabeth Purcell (seems like this was only sent to the KDM email). Looks like Smithereens will need to be downloaded from this link too. I unarchived this to the NPP hard drive. This is formatted for ingesting so we can locally ingest the feature from this drive.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Chenelle and I went over all the content and run of show for the NewFest event tonight. I was here to get things started and set-up in Trees. Went over everything with McKegg for the Q&A and end of show, which is very straightforward.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: The breakers for the wash spotlights were off in Theater 1 (these were previously labeled as "Left" and "Center" Spotlights, but I relabeled them as Wash 1 & 2). These breakers can stay on, it's just the Moving Spots breaker that we should turn off when we're not using it,

Maintenance/cleaning: I checked the 1.85 lenses/plates on both of the Theater 1 projectors, while neither is perfect projector 1 is definitely fine as it is--I ran both a loop and a reel of Cool World and they looked good. Projector 2 will need to be moved again slightly, John's going to help us out on Friday.

I reinstalled the 701 penthouse reader to projector 1 in Theater 4, since the reader itself wasn't the problem. Tested it out and it's working great. I will put the 702 back on projector 1 in Theater 6 so things are back as they were.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
