NPP Projection Report 6/19 Admin + Close

To do this evening/ was completed: Long day! I ran house checks in theaters 1 and 2 this afternoon (most of the other showtimes had begun by the time I got around to this) and made note of the flicker on screen in T1

Began scheduling show playlists for the week of 6/23 (Wednesday and Thursday currently have nothing scheduled on the TMS) based on the film schedule that was sent out this afternoon and also started adding showtime information to the cue sheets; we need to schedule a show playlist for Past Lives once it can be built and can also build Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny once that content arrives (please see the notes below about special events and trailer content that I did not have access to today which will need to be added to some show playlists when it becomes available)

Presentation Issues: Accidentally loaded the wrong 6/16 Elemental show playlist during the second round in T4; MODs made mention of the lights going down too early so I loaded the new show playlist with the correct light cues (this delay took approximately two minutes but no time was lost since each playlist ended at the same scheduled time and just needed to be forwarded to it)

The lights reverted to cleaning levels at the end of the trailers during the final round in T4; I looked at the playback tab and the server, for whatever reason, skipped past the feature and went straight to the end of the show playlist (this had been manually started like the rest of the shows in T4 today so I am unsure as to whether or not that had anything to do with it) but I was able to load the CPL and the show was only delayed by two minutes; lights were brought down/back up manually 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled a pre-show playlist (with the MUBI trailer attached!) for Shanghai Express and a pre-show playlist for Tetsuo: The Iron Man (this needs the "Satirical States" trailer added to it)

Trailer Updates: Still awaiting confirmation from Kat regarding the "Satirical States" trailer as this is needed for our R rated pre-show programming this coming week

Special Events/ AV set up: Ayo Jackson's short film event went very smoothly this afternoon; cleaned both film projectors and ran loops/focused the scope lenses in T1 prior to the Body Parts screening

Body Parts screening went well despite a seconds late changeover between reels 2 and 3 (also whoever taped the port glass in front of projector 1 for scope went a bit too heavy on the right side but I adjusted this accordingly between reels); all reels were left tails out and are ready for re-inspection

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Bit of a mishap regarding Body Parts in T1 this evening as the end credit offset time was entered incorrectly (the show was listed as ending at 11:58 and not 10:58 -- the film is roughly 90 minutes total) but this issue was resolved before the pre-show began

Marquee updated?: 

Posters updated?: I put Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny in place of The Flash under a coming soon snipe in the lobby -- the poster for The Flash is on the workbench behind lobby bar; Guardians 3 is still outside (there were too many bikes chained to the scaffolding throughout the day to take this down)
