Projection Admin 7/20



To do this evening/ was completed: Barbenheimer has arrived. We've got this. Also, I'll bump an email about this, but please make sure to send Alec and I any and all time off requests for August. Also, we got Oppenheimer shirts in the booth ~ five for the five of us! lol there's one small, one medium, and three larges...I think. 

Thanks to MOD for emailing me about an ADA ticket earlier today so we could plan ahead to get that seat out tonight!

I printed out the Housekeeping Notes for Oppenheimer. There's a copy in T4/6 and T1. The one in T4 is attached to projector 1, the copy in T1 is attached to the wall where the other references images/breakdowns are located. 

MOD reached out about the World Cup and setting it up in Trees. I will be able to do this before the last round of Oppenheimer in T1 tomorrow. The other date is 7/26. Will is going to to close that evening and a Q&A will be happening for Music Driven (which we'll likely have to keep an eye on manually), potentially coinciding a bit with the last round of Oppenheimer on 35, so I've asked if I can go over the setup with MOD so they can bring it up that day and then walkie us if they have an issue. The Q&A should end before 9pm, which is fine since Oppenheimer doesn't start until 9:30, but just to be safe...

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Went over the Barbie and Oppenheimer playlists again to make sure sound/image is good. I brought Barbie's volume up since the film, overall, was a little softer than the opening (the homage to Space Odyssey, which is on the louder side). It sounds good at 5.8.

Shouting at the Screen playlist built. We need volume check for Black Samson...I believe we already got this, but I can't recall the level, so we'll double check. 

Trailer Updates:

There's a chance we might be doing Kevin Geeks Out About Dinosaurs again (in October. T3)

Transferred Misfits to T7 and took it off the T2 server.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
