To do this evening/ was completed: See notes below in maintenance section in response to Will's reel issue last night. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Playlist for First Slam Dunk is made and scheduled on the TMS. Looks and sounds great! Cue sheet info below. 

Double checked the Cat Video Fest to make sure volume is good. It just has such an up and down mix, so it's hard to tell. Tried to break even. 

Tech'd Grand Turismo. Sounds fantastic. All set for today. 

Letters up for The Island and Gran Turismo. 

Wild at Heart print on to house reels.

Marie Antoinette DCP still transcoding in T1.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: The DJ key is back in the DJ box in the storage closet in Trees. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested First Slam Dunk to T3

Ingested Generic Anime preshow to TMS. 

Like Water for Chocolate has been ingested into T2. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Hard Target and Fearless got picked up by FedEx today.

Maintenance/cleaning: Checked out T6 today as per Will's notes about a wobbly reel. The clasp isn't has stiff as the other projector and the keys are the same/the reels plus I tried different reels. It's not as dramatic as it initially seemed, but we'll work on it. So the take up reel slightly bouncing is one thing, but when I came in this morning, I found that the lamp wasn't striking and the motor wouldn't start. The motor does work, as does everything else now. I only slightly repositioned the power relays (both projectors have two and one projector has an AC/DC power adapter, too), so I'm not sure what was up, but I have a lot of notes comparing and contrasting each projector/what might be up with the dual plug socket on the side of it. The power relays for the problem projector were not lighting up at first and the motor/switch was acting up (Alec I'll message you w/ details about this, but it's all good now). If we ever need new power relays, we can get the same exact pieces from Grainger and many other places. 


Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Met with Paul today for the cue sheets. Double checked out special events coming up. Got offset info for First Slam Dunk, Wild at Heart, The Island

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
