To do this evening/ was completed: As Alec mentioned in his blog today, we had a whole ladder and light fiasco, but I managed to get a hold of Vlad, who will be in first thing Monday morning (super early) to check out that light. Juan would've come in tomorrow, but he's away at the moment. Getting that ladder into T2 in the first place is something I still can't believe Alec and I managed to do! Thanks to team MOD for helping set it up and break it down in there. I sent a photo to Vlad so that he's got a reference point, but I let him know that he can call if need be and that I'll be there later in the AM. 

Double checked to make sure T3 was off this evening after close. 

Alec- I saw your note about Oppenheimer and I'll make sure this gets out on Monday instead. I scheduled a pickup. It'll get out of here between 8am - 6pm.

Special Events/ AV set up: Jack - I took a look at Paddington this evening after we closed. It looks/sounds good! I set it to 5.5. Felt it could come up a hair, but 6.0 was too loud...maybe manually set this at 5.7 tomorrow in the booth. 

Copied the video files from the Viva Q&A over to the 4/6 comp. Deleted off the cam.

Maintenance/cleaning: Spent the bulk of my time handling various prints this evening - got a lot done. 
Brought The Island up to T1. This has been fully inspected! All 8 reels are very, very pretty. This print is basically in pristine condition. 

Viva has been re-inspected. No changes. I'll make sure this gets out Monday morning. 

Back to the Future is now on house reels and ready to screen. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes! All good for tomorrow.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
