NPP Projection Admin 9/12 Jack/Alec



To do this evening/ was completed: Started a new DCP for Pavement: Range Life last night in 4/6, it should finish transcoding tonight. Please ingest to Theater 1 once it finishes, we're teching this tomorrow for an event on Thursday at noon.

Swapped out the Marie Antoinette posters, put the old stuff back in. The MA posters are rolled up inside tubes residing in 3/7.

Reset all the dimmer panels after being notified the fire alarm went off last night, checked all theaters to make sure everything was back to normal.

Set up a mic and mixer in T4 for the intro tonight--the gear was still down in T5 with all the power on when I found it.

Ran loops for Secret Ceremony--framing and focus set. 

T6 round three Opp wasn't scheduled as OCAP--fixed that.

Tech'd all NoBudge shorts with Desmond--volumes and aspect ratios logged--they all look and sound great.

Removed the CallForSubs trailer as we wait to receive and ingest V3.

Started building next week's cue sheets, without listing the end credit times, as we are waiting on an updated version of one of the trailers for most of the shows.

Shiva Baby Q&A clip lost image for the second time (that we've been made aware of) today. This happened a few days ago in T7--seemed like the clip itself was the issue and indeed it is. The picture cuts out about 16.5 minutes in.

Special Events/ AV set up: Teched the performance content for Death Becomes Her (minus one of the songs), note volumes and spotlight settings for everything.

Teched our Sigh of Origin DCP for the private event on Thursday. Looked and sounded great. They want to play the movie at 7.0.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Continued converting the Industrial Musicals DCPs, the 8th short/video is converting, two left.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Added a full countdown to reel 2 of Prince of Darkness. We can leave it on when we send it back.

Maintenance/cleaning: Adjusted the amperage for both lamps in the T4 35mm projectors so the brightness is more even between machines.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
