To do this evening/ was completed: Built 12/15 T6 playlists and scheduled the upcoming week in TMS, then built the cue sheets for 12/15 - 12/21. 

Silent Night Deadly Night content removed from T2.

Beyond Utopia event in T7 went smoothly last night, equipment broken down afterward.

Special Events/ AV set up: Ran loops for the screening in 1 tonight. -AL

Set up the HDMI connection at the front of the theater in T3 for a staff meeting on Thursday. They'll just need to connect to the HDMI cable under the curtain. To get their screen up and sound through the speakers select the HDMI 1.78 channel on the projector (I made it one of the preferred channels), and switch the CP750 to Non-Sync. -AL

Disconnected the surround speaker in T3 which was buzzing. A replacement is on the way. I also noticed the right surround speaker toward the back of the theater (not the right rear surround, but the third surround speaker if you're counting from the screen back) was starting to buzz as well (after disconnecting each one at a time and listening to the test the middle one was much worse), so DMS is sending a replacement for that, but I left it connected so we don't just have one speaker playing the RS audio. -AL

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
