Projection Admin 12/04

To do this evening/ was completed: Received notice today from Deluxe about the updated versions os Renaissance, and that there will be no more supplementary packages. Alec ingested new files this past weekend, which are indeed the updated versions listed in this morning's email. We will need new keys. I reached out to Deluxe and the keys will be issued mid-week, probably Wednesday. 

Couple manual starts tonight - keep an eye on the TMS. 

Parasite will screen in T3 tomorrow @10am. Just putting a reminder here that we're streaming.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: As per Alec's note on Friday, I ran through the Christmas Evil playlist to double check credit offset and lowered the volume a tad since it was pretty darn loud. 

Trailer Updates: As per Desmond's request this morn, I updated the Beyonce playlists to have the Dream Girls trailer in there. I made a separate playlist pack for this. 

Special Events/ AV set up: Made some adjustments to the NoBudge playlist for this evening. Reconnected the spotlight board from Spoons this past weekend and went through the settings. The breaker for moving spots is already on. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received more posters for The Boy and the Heron -WB

Ordering/Receiving (content): Checked to se if the DCP for How To Have Sex is encrypted. Keys come in on 12/06 for the 12/08 screening. 

Priscilla keys uploaded. 

Got the holding/q&a slides from the folks hosting the Still event tomorrow. These have been DCP-ified and ingested. We also received the mics from DMS! These are in 4/6. Will brought them up. 

We haven't received any DCP of KOTM from Apple for the private this Thursday, but I told Chenelle we'll have that content from Deluxe anyway, so we'll be using the DCP we already have. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Scheduled a FedEx pickup for both Lethal Weapon prints. Labels are attached - this is set to go out tomorrow morning.

I heard back from Sean today after I emailed him again, and I spoke to Roger, too. We've got a starting quote. Alec, Matthew and I will be discussing things further. At least the numbers are coming in!

Marquee updated?: Double checked the 15th street side to make sure the holiday market dates were accurate since it is continuing this Saturday - WB

Posters updated?: Swapped American Fiction with The Boy and the Heron in its exterior poster case since this opens this week -WB

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
