To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set. 

Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks! Adjust cue sheets if necessary.

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received Drive Away Dolls posters. 

Ordering/Receiving (content): We're all good on KDMs at the moment.

Print/video Inspection: Just so everyone knows - the SOF print is The Mission. I inspected this tonight and it's mostly in great condition with excellent color. Report is available!

Posters updated?: Yes. Despite the weather, I managed to swap out two since we've lost Maestro and Boy n Heron. Please, please remember to keep eyes on this stuff. They should've come down a few days ago.

    On the whiteboard it's listed that the last shows for heron and maestro were yesterday 12/28, so they should've stayed up till then

    Hi Jack. No, they shouldn't have stayed up. As I mentioned yesterday, the point is that the whiteboard was incorrectly written and while I'm not sure when that happened, the last day for those features was Sunday. Let's all just make sure we're double checking that the signage reflects what's on the TMS and cue sheets. That's what I find to be the easiest. Thanks.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
