To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled the coming week in the TMS and got the cue sheets started.

Notting Hill ingested to T2, Drive Away Dolls to TMS, Four Weddings and a Funeral to T3.

Tech'd all shorts in the closing night NSF program with programming team. Volumes and specs logged in the spreadsheet. 

T4 loops run for tonight's show, framing and focus set.

Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare print delivered, brought to T1 booth.

Ran a reel of Shaft for Desmond, volume logged.

*Tales of Hoffman DCP will go back to the Academy Film Archive.

Heads up to all: we're missing the furniture dolly from 3/7 (what we use to wheel the ADA seats around after removing them) and the blue bag of miscellaneous tools (which was in 4/6 last time I saw it, living under the rewind table). I looked around for them today but had no luck, please return them to their rightful place if you see them. -AL (everything below this is me too)

Special Events/ AV set up: Moved the Th3 mixer out of Th7 and back to 3, has one mic connected and three cables for the other inputs. 

Also moved the Th4 mixer back into Th4 from Th6.

We occasionally need these mixers elsewhere in the theater but if you move them out of their designated theater please put them back when you break down. Pretty sure the mixer was left in 6 from the birthday party a few weekends ago and I don't know when the Th3 mixer would have been brought into 7.

Mic is good to go in Th4 for tonight, just switch the mixer on. The remote for the new spotlights is under the curtain, right next to the mixer. Basically the same as the old remote except both will turn on at the same time (and they're much brighter).

Outgoing/Shipping (content): SoF print (Heroes Shed No Tears) did not actually get picked up. The return label was never printed out. I printed and attached it, and scheduled the pickup for tomorrow.

Print/video Inspection: Ran some of Curse of Cat People for Cristina, looks great, sounds good. Wrote down the volume and added a cue to the playlist.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Went through pretty much all of the bins in each theater and Trees today. There was an excess of stuff in the Trees bin, I removed anything that's not listed on the lid. Let me know if there are other things which would be helpful to have in there but I don't see any purpose for having two extension cords and two power strips.

Cables were pretty messy in these bins overall. Please take the time to coil them neatly and use the velcro ties. 

Juan and I will sort out the new spots in Th3 tomorrow.

Let's generally avoid putting any films on the wire shelf in 4/6 (the one with the big bins), it's not strong enough. The bottom shelf is starting to dip pretty badly from the excess weight.
