To do this evening/ was completed: Drive Away Dolls and Spaceman tech'd, volumes set.

Inspected the last three reels of Pumping Iron and the first two reels of The Last Dragon, which is in good condition.

Framing and focus set for Shaft tonight, projectors cleaned afterward.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: All the NSF24 playlists have been built for tech and start with TECH in the playlist title. We'll be going through these tomorrow. Thank you to Kat for sending an early preview of the trailer list so I could get this done before we go over it in the AM. Really we're just waiting on the new forecasts.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received Last Dragon. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Packaged up some DCPs - outbound - Raiders of the Lost Ark, Coffy, Lego Movie. 

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes. Updated today. 

Maintenance/cleaning: Regreased the T4 projectors and cleaned them out. Vacuumed out the dust (work in progress). Projectors have been cleaned. Reorganized cleaning box. 

Ordered new letters/punctuation/numbers that we need more of for the marquee. I'll keep you folks updated on the eta. 

Swept and mopped the 4/6 booth. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Updated sheets with the info for Spaceman and a few others. Notting Hill KDM opens up Friday- I'll tech tomorrow morning.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
